A fun session on Myga’s beautiful wobbly body-sized balance board for everybody who wants to improve balance, posture and core strength. It will also help you to develop mindfulness as you have to be fully present in order to hold your balance. A session mixed with traditional yoga poses, free movement and relaxation at the end.
Prior experience with yoga is helpful but not essential. Please wear some comfortable yoga clothes and bring a small towel.
