All you need is love… and a little bit of yoga. Getting on the mat is easier when you have a loved one by your side.

We’re pleased to offer an alternative Valentine’s Day where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your loved one in a fun, easy and creative way on and off the mat.

Who is this for?

Romantic partners, online dates, friends, family or even co-workers if you feel the need to bond a little more.

What is partner yoga?

Partner yoga brings two people together to create a new posture where each person gives support and receives the benefits of the practice. This provides the opportunity to stretch deeper than usual, balance in ways that couldn’t be done on your own, synchronise the breath connect and communicate.

Why should you give it a try?

-       We’ll laugh, play and challenge ourselves.

-       We’ll give you the tools to deepen the connection with your loved one, partner or Tinder date.

-       You’ll get the chance to strengthen the bonds within the relationship.

-       Ease into your body, gain more confidence and increase emotional strength.

 

What should you expect?

Everything from partner poses, group games, breathing exercises to deep relaxation.

A fun and playful class, a great release for serious adults! :) 

No Yoga Experience needed. 

Please arrive at least 15 min before the session with comfortable clothing, a towel and a water bottle if needed.

Yoga mats and props provided by Myga but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
