Our New Store in Bullring Birmingham the myga journal
Welcome to the Myga Yoga Bullring – A Vegan Café, Yoga Studio and Boutique all in one!
The Myga space was created by its founders Claudia and Jordan for the purpose of bringing yoga, yoga classes and community to the heart of Birmingham,
Located just outside the doors of the Bullring, one of the biggest shopping centres in the UK. Myga created an eco-wellbeing escape. Central Birmingham yoga classes in the morning and evening a vegan coffee shop with delicious home baked vegan treats and a yoga boutique during the day where you can relax with a book and a cup of vegan chai latte while you browse through a selection of colourful yoga mats and props like blocks, yoga bags, eye pillows and reusable drinking bottles.
All in one for everyone, the city dweller, the visitor, the vegan, the yogi, the cake lover, the employee, the student or the coffee enthusiast.
Launched in August 2019. The Myga store offers Birmingham yoga classes 6 days a week, for yoga beginners and experienced yogis, corporate programs, yoga brunches or workshops/events.
The wooden interior brings an earthy, relaxing and friendly feeling and allows everyone to take a step back from the bustling cityscape and dive into a moment of peace, relaxation and serenity.
If you work or live in Birmingham, you will find this as a place for like minded people to meet, reconnect and explore within yourself.
We offer different styles of yoga classes including Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Yoga on a Balance Board, Yoga for beginners / advanced yogis, Kids Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and much more. All classes are taught with deep knowledge and large hearts and our teachers focus is on creating fun, safe support with consistent instruction delivery. It’s not about touching your toes, but what you can learn on the way down.
